Oakley Hall truly stood out as a wedding venue due to its combination of breathtaking beauty, stunning views, and exceptional staff. The venue itself is a picturesque setting, with its elegant architecture and beautifully manicured gardens creating a romantic and timeless atmosphere. The surrounding countryside offers stunning views that provide a perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and the photos. Moreover, the staff at Oakley Hall were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with a personal touch. Their dedication to making our day special was evident in every interaction, making Oakley Hall not just a beautiful venue, but a genuinely welcoming and memorable place to celebrate such a significant occasion.

What made Oakley Hall stand out for you as a wedding venue?

The full English breakfast is a winner for us such a tasty breakfast! Also the continental breakfast had lost of options! All the food served at Oakley is undeniably the best food we have ever eaten.

Tell us about your wedding breakfast. What was your favourite dish?

We chose our wedding decor and colour scheme to complement the venue, as Oakley Hall’s stunning marquee required minimal decoration due to its beautiful interior. The rose gold accents in our theme were also chosen to highlight my rose gold engagement ring.

What inspired you to choose the decor & colour scheme of your wedding?

From the second of getting ready on the big day all the way through to the last song being played, we honestly cannot pinpoint one memorable part as every second of the day was absolutely incredible. Not a single issue arose, the staff (especially Graham) were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you are thinking of booking Oakley we can honestly recommend them to the highest of standards and we would love to relive our day all over again!

What was the most memorable part of your day?

Our favourite spots were in the front of the hotel, in front of the water fountain and in the grounds at the back of the hotel. The staircases are perfect for bride walking down shots and also if your lucky you can capture a fantastic sunset photo in the fields out the front

Where was your favourite photo spot?

Everything we hand on heart cannot pick but if we must say try to choose, we had fireworks for our finale to the evening and it was absolutely perfect, the staff ensured we were in the right, safe location for our photos to be taken and also to enjoy the beautiful display

What made your day extra special?

We DIY'd our decor which saved lots of money, in my opinion it also adds an extra touch to your day to see all the hard work and creating paid off. Enjoy every second it really does go so quickly! Try not to stress. When it comes to walking the aisle some Brides/grooms get very nervous (know I did so remember to breathe and look at your partner and suddenly it's as if no one else is in the room!
