Our Exclusive Use wedding packages offer you the luxury and guarantee of being the only event to take place on your selected date/dates. Depending on which package you choose, you can also have the entirety of Oakley Hall to yourselves, including all bedrooms and the gardens.

Why not make your wedding celebrations a weekend wedding or multiple day event, with the option to add various activities and dining options for you and your guests. From pre-wedding meet & greet opportunities or post-wedding brunches, our team can work with you to make your dreams become a reality.

 

Pre-wedding intimate gatherings

Get both sides of the family together with all of your close friends the night before the wedding for an informal meet & greet. For something laid back, you can take a seat in the Glasshouse Restaurant to enjoy a seasonal dinner followed with cocktails in the 1795 Bar & Lounge. Or, if you have something more formal in mind we can arrange a private dinner in one of our function spaces.

 

Take to our grounds for some family-friendly activities

Our grounds are the perfect place for you and your loved ones to take part in one of many family-friendly activities. Working with a third-party supplier, we can provide you with a range of activities to enjoy the day before or after your wedding, from a family style treasure hunt in our woodlands (perfect for the little ones) to archery sessions on our back lawns. If you have something specific in mind, please to a member of our Wedding & Events team!

 

Post-wedding day brunch

A refreshing brunch may be just what you need to continue the celebrations. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with all of your cooked favourites with a Bloody Mary or Buck's Fizz in hand. Our team can work with you to organise the perfect farewell for you and your guests.

 

Any additional dining bookings or activities will be at an additional cost to the Exclusive Use fee and your wedding package price.

The property itself is 3 stories high with 29 bedrooms & suites in the Main House, whilst the Courtyard is a 2 minute walk from the Main House and is home to 18 bedrooms & suites. We offer 6 unique function spaces, including the large capacity Garden Pavilion which can seat over 300 guests, making it the perfect Exclusive Use wedding venue for your celebrations.

  • How much does an Exclusive Use wedding venue cost?

    If you would like to host your Exclusive Use wedding at Oakley Hall, there will be an Exclusive Use fee which depends on which option you choose. You will also be required to pay the package price for each guest attending your wedding.

    If you choose our 'A Key To The Estate' package, all bedrooms are included in the Exclusive Use fee on a bed & breakfast basis.

    Any additional events outside of the ceremony and wedding breakfast, e.g. private brunch/dinner or onsite activities, will be an additional fee.
