Pastry Chef De Partie:
Oakley Hall Hotel is one of the finest venues in Hampshire. A luxury 4-star property located just 6 miles outside of Basingstoke and situated amongst 315 acres of country estate. Beautifully restored to its former self, Oakley Hall offers a perfect setting for accommodation, weddings, conferences, team building and corporate events.
As a Chef de Partie of Pastry your role will be to work with the team to manage and run a section. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality establishment in a 2 AA rosette environment with great career prospects.

What we can offer:
- Salary: Up to £27,500 (depending on experience);

Assistant Conferencing & Banqueting Manager:

We are currently looking for an Conference & Banqueting Assistant Manager to assist the C&B Manager in maintaining the image and high standards of our events department and increasing its sales.

- Salary: Up to £26,500 (depending on experience);

Main Duties:
- To have a high level of communicate with guests;
- Organization of your team: their tasks, schedules and information about the specific meetings or event
- Assist the C&B Manager in staff management: recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion;
- Monitor customer service levels;
- Ensure the quality of service and service provision;
- Take full responsibility for the events spaces during allocated shifts;
- To undertake any other duties as required by line management.
