So whether you'd like to build up an appetite before taking your seats or hoping to get a breath of the crisp countryside air after your 5 course lunch, you can take a gentle stroll around our grounds and explore the beauty of the Hampshire countryside in December.

Terms & Conditions
Prices include VAT. Pre-orders and full payment are due by Wednesday 26th November. A non-refundable, non-transferrable £20 deposit per person and a signed booking form is required to confirm your booking. All dishes can be adapted to suit guests with special dietary requirements if pre-ordered. The dress code for Christmas Day Lunch is smart casual (no jeans, trainers or sportswear). Dogs are not permitted to join guests for Christmas Day.

There is no minimum or maximum booking number for Christmas Day Lunch!

What if I or one of my guests has an allergy or intolerance?
If you or one of your guests has an allergy or intolerance, please inform your event co-ordinator as soon as possible. Our team strive to adapt all of our dishes for dietary requirements and following allergen information, but we need as much notice as possible to do so. Depending on the severity of your dietary restrictions, you may be required to sign a disclaimer.

Can I arrive before my booking?
You are welcome to arrive early before your booking time, but your table cannot be guaranteed to be ready before your allotted time. Oakley Hall is home to multiple lounges where you are welcome to relax before your lunch. You are also invited to explore our grounds.
If you'd like to spend the whole Christmas break with us (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day) you can explore our Christmas stay options. This way you can enjoy the full festive season in the relaxation and comfort of our countryside hotel in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Am I able to stay after my lunch?
You and your guests are able to stay at Oakley Hall Hotel after your lunch from the Christmas Day menu. You can relax or play board games in one of our lounges or you are welcome to explore our beautiful grounds.

The dress code is smart casual. No jeans, trainers or sportswear.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not permitted to join guests for Christmas Day Lunch. Residential guests are able leave their pups in their bedrooms.
