With a wide range of conference meeting rooms to choose from that can accommodate from 13 to 400 delegates, advanced facilities and outstanding transport links, Oakley Hall Hotel is the perfect venue for any corporate event.

Garden Pavilion

Our Garden Pavilion, accommodating up to 400 delegates, is perfect to host conferences and comes fully equipped with advanced lighting and a PA system. Additionally, a large screen and rear projector are available for an extra £250.

Garden Room

The Garden Room, with its large windows and bright, airy interiors, is perfect for conference meetings. Fully air-conditioned, it comfortably seats 60 guests in a theatre-style arrangement or can host up to 60 guests for a dinner party after the conference meeting.

Winchester

Similar to the Garden Room, the Winchester is located on the ground floor and benefits from abundant natural daylight. It can accommodate up to 22 guests in a boardroom-style setup or host up to 60 guests for post-meeting dining.

The Library boasts a stunning Georgian fireplace, ample natural daylight, and full air conditioning. It comfortably accommodates 25 delegates in a boardroom-style arrangement or 28 in a classroom setup, making it an ideal choice for smaller conference meetings and presentations.

Austens

Austens is one of our more intimate meeting spaces, ideal for smaller gatherings, with seating for up to 24 delegates in a boardroom-style setup or up to 60 in a theatre-style configuration. You can enjoy plenty of natural daylight flooding the room, as well as being fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Steventon

Situated on the first floor, our Steventon room offers space for 24 delegates in a boardroom setup or 36 in a classroom arrangement. With three large south-facing windows, the room has a fresh and airy feel from natural daylight flowing throughout. The Steventon room is fully air-conditioned for added comfort during your conference meeting.

Also located on the first floor, our Alton room is a more compact space, ideal for smaller gatherings. It accommodates 16 delegates in a boardroom layout or up to 30 guests for a dinner party, making it perfect for intimate conference meetings and corporate events.

Choose our delegate packages!

With our conference meeting room hire, you can choose from our two delegate packages (Day Delegate Package, and 24-hour Delegate Package) designed to help make your corporate event a success and flow stress-free. Each package includes room hire, essential AV and equipment, and a selection of delicious food and drinks to keep you and your team refreshed throughout the day. If you choose to stay overnight at Oakley Hall, you'll also be able to enjoy a three-course dinner, a stay in a Deluxe Bedroom, and a full English breakfast the next morning.

For a rural retreat, our impressive 315-acre grounds are perfect for corporate event days when you wish to balance out the conference meetings with team-building exercises. On-site activities include archery and clay pigeon shooting, and we also partner with local event companies to offer a range of additional experiences, from human duck herding and giant inflatable assault courses to thrilling motorised sports. For a unique countryside activity during your corporate day out, consider our hands-on beekeeping and honey-tasting experiences.
