Terms & conditions apply: A £20.00 deposit per person & a completed online booking form is required to confirm your Summer Ball space. Full payment for the ticket is due by Friday 25th June 2021. Summer Ball bookings made after 25th June 2021 require full payment at the time of booking. All payments made are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable. Parties of 8 guests and more will be allocated their own tables, smaller parties will be seated on shared tables. Reduced accommodation rates are based on a bed & breakfast basis and are available for Summer Ball guests only. Bedrooms are on a first come first served basis and valid card details are required to secure your booking with full payment to be taken on departure. In the event that a bedroom requires to be cancelled, this must be done by 12pm the day prior to arrival otherwise 100% cancellation fee will apply.
